NOTES                                                           The hotel has agreed to honor rates two days prior to, 

                                                                        and two days after official reunion dates.  Reservations 

                                                                        cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival July 8, 2011

                                                                        will result in you being billed for a one-night room rate 

                                                                        plus applicable tax.

 

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE         The deadline for making your reservations is June 11,  2011.

                                                                        Children (3 years to 11 years)           $ 60    

                                                                        Children (2 years and under)              FREE

 

                                                                        All participants, regardless of age, must register.

NOTE                                                             There will be a $10.00 per person late fee imposed on

                                                                        anyone who registers late.  Late registration will be       

                                                                        accepted from June 26, 2011 through July 8, 2011.
